Mark S. Ells

Town Manager, Barnstable

Mark Ells has served as Town Manager in Barnstable, MA since 2016 and has served as a manager in the Town of Barnstable for 32 years. Prior to working in municipal government, Mark worked for 5 years as an engineering consultant. He has been an adjunct faculty at Cape Cod Community College since 2001. He serves on numerous state and regional committees in representation of the Town of Barnstable. His education includes a BS in Environmental Engineering, MBA, and MPA. Mark resides in Centerville with his wife and six children.
