Devin McNally, AICP Candidate is an Associate Planner with Placer County, California. He currently works on developing housing policy for the County, administering the County’s various federal and state grant programs, and providing site analysis for the development of housing. Devin holds a Master in Community Planning from the University of Maryland School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. Previously, he has worked for the American Red Cross and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.
