OneCape Mobile Workshops
OneCape offers two options for mobile workshops on Wednesday, September 17th, one is a tour of the redevelopment and renovation at the West Harwich Schoolhouse property and the other is a tour of the Yarmouth Riverwalk project nearing completion. These off-site trips are available to OneCape attendees at no charge and round-trip transportation is included, but you must register for the workshop to secure your space. Mobile Workshops are subject to change and dependent on registration counts. In the event of any changes, registrants will be notified at the Summit.

Historic West Harwich Schoolhouse Tour
See firsthand the transformation of the historic West Harwich Schoolhouse, built in 1871, as it is repurposed into multi-family housing through public-private funding.
Yarmouth Riverwalk Tour
Don’t miss this guided tour of Yarmouth’s new Riverwalk Park, where the former Route 28 drive-in has been reimagined with inviting public spaces, a scenic boardwalk, and community amenities.
About Mobile Workshops
- Registration: OneCape attendees can register in advance or sign-up for mobile workshops at the registration desk onsite.
- Meeting Location: Mobile workshop groups will meet at the registration desk at 2:45 p.m. and the group will depart at 3:00 p.m.*
- Transportation: Round-trip shuttle transportation will be provided by the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority.
- Other Notes: Please note that these tours involve walking certain distances over uneven surfaces. Attendees must wear close toed, protective shoes.
