Session Description:

The Cape Cod Commission is undertaking a plan to support possible establishment of a community land trust (CLT) and regional land bank, each focused on Cape-wide affordable housing production. Following the earlier breakout session on CLTs and land bank basics and case studies, join this interactive session to weigh in on the goals of these potential new organizations and how they might interact with existing communities, organizations, and housing efforts. Session attendees can ask questions of the consulting team and participate in visioning exercises and other activities to inform the plan.
